We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Jesus Freak Club. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns/Refunds
 

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with the green JFC swing tag attached for free returns or exchanges within 7 days from delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. The green JFC swing tag must be still attached to the clothing. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email jesusfreakclub.com@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. (No refunds on Digital Products) *Return postage must be paid for by the customer.*

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged and only if that item is still in stock. Customer is responsible for return and shipping postage if wanting to exchange for a different item based on preference.

Insufficient Address

If the customer provides an insufficient address and/or the product fails to deliver based on the mistake of the customer & is sent back to Jesus Freak Club, the customer is responsible and will be billed an invoice to ship out their package to the correct address. 

Lost or Stolen

Jesus Freak Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once we drop off packages, it is in the hands and responsibility of USPS.
